As one of our team of mystery shoppers, you will become a vital part of a quality assurance service that helps companies to raise their standards.
We are looking for observant reliable people who can accurately report on their customer experience. You will also need an eye for detail and be able to work to deadlines. If you think you are fair and observant and have a strong understanding of what good customer service should be, we would like to hear from you.
Your application will be individually dealt with and you should expect to hear from us shortly by email. If you are a suitable candidate we will ask you to complete a “dummy” mystery shop and we may contact you for an informal interview by telephone or face to face.
To become a mystery shopper you must be over 18 years of age, have a customer service background, access to transport, internet access and a reasonable level of computer literacy.
